Welcome to Write or Die: a collective of writers meeting to write, workshop, and develop screenplays.
Let's join forces and create a screenwriting utopia! A place where we can share our wildest story ideas, team up, and transform our scripts into masterpieces. Uniting with other word wizards will spark a creative fire like no other! Whether you have a spare hour a week or can't peel yourself away from the screen, you'll feel the positive vibes. Whether you're still brainstorming or putting the final touches on your work of art, our squad has your back and is ready to help you conquer the world of screenwriting. We're all about inclusivity and respect, and we're committed to amplifying diverse voices, from every walk of life.
THE SCHEDULE:
9:30 - 9:45 AM: Arrival, chit-chat, purchase coffee, etc.
9:45 - 10:00 AM: Announcements + introductions
10:00 - 11:00 AM: WRITING (No talking, please.)
11:00 - 11:30 AM: Finish writing, chat about what you wrote, introduce latecomers, etc.
Late to the party? No biggie, just sneak in and grab a seat. Start scribbling away, and we'll catch you up at the end. Once the session wraps, stick around to keep the creative juices flowing or mingle with the other word wizards. Heads up, though: outlets might be scarce, so check your battery before joining the fun.
